Roasting and Shipping Schedule
Our commitment to freshness is to always ship coffee that has been roasted no more than 48 hours prior to shipping.
That said, in most cases your coffee is roasted the day it ships!
We actively roast and ship orders Monday through Thursday. In most cases, orders placed on any of those days will ship out the same or next business day.*
Orders placed after 12:00p (noon) central time on Thursday through midnight Sunday will ship out the following Monday (our first roast day of the week).
Things that may affect your shipping schedule:
- The DISTRICT Reserve (whiskey & rum aged) coffees are made in smaller batches and are only roasted once per week. Orders with these items on them may be delayed an extra day or two.
- Our up-cycled burlap tote bags are made to order and generally take about a week to make. Orders with these products on them will be delayed and shipped complete. If you need your coffee sooner, please place two separate orders.
- Operating a small business during the COVID-19 pandemic has proven to add a level complexity to keeping our staff and patrons safe. In the rare event that we have to delay your order longer than a few business days you will receive an email from us keeping you updated on when the order will ship.
Most packages are shipped using the United States Postal Service. Once the package leaves our warehouse, we are unable to account for any delay due to USPS performance.
Should a shipping issue arise we will do our best to ensure a resolution is made that keeps everyone happy and caffeinated!
